2008: October 31 - Dustin Lokhorst Guilty of Driving While Suspended
On October 30, 2008, Dustin Lokhorst (a.k.a. Dustin De Raad) was stopped again for speeding. He was charged again with the following:
- Driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked. [Guilty]
- Failure to secure child [Dismissed]
- Failure to maintain safety belts. [Guilty]
